CLO Coffee (Cielo Roastery Limited)
CLO Coffee was founded in 2008 in Leeds by Nick and Linda Castle, originally with a social mission: to use coffee as a reason for people to pause and connect rather than simply as a functional product. The business used to run its own cafes but now operates purely as a roastery and online retailer, supplying homes and hospitality venues across the UK. Linda is the head roaster, and the range spans a broad set of origins including Brazil, Ethiopia, Peru, Colombia, Guatemala, Kenya and Bolivia. The roastery has won Great Taste Awards and produces short-form documentary content about the farmers and supply chain behind its coffees. CLO also sells a 60% Peruvian hot chocolate alongside its coffee range.
