A specialty roastery dedicated entirely to Indonesian and Southeast Asian coffee, run by founders Adam and Cynthia Tamraz. Daruri (from the Arabic "daruri", meaning necessary) sources directly from producers across Sumatra and Java, working with growers using experimental anaerobic, honey and natural processes to move Indonesian coffee away from its traditional earthy reputation towards something brighter and more expressive. Roastery held its grand opening on 16 August 2026 at their Heathcote Industrial Estate unit in Leamington Spa.
