Barokah Kerinci

Grown on the fertile volcanic soil around Mount Kerinci, Sumatra (1,400-1,700 MASL). Ripe cherry is pulped and sealed in airtight drums to ferment anaerobically for 72 hours before washing and slow drying under protective domes. Blackcurrant fruit pastille, elderflower and rooibos tea notes.
