Award-winning experimental Natural lot from Aulia Kahfi's family Rakyat Farm in Bebesan, Sumatra (1,300-1,600 MASL). Aulia, a former gemstone miner who returned to his family land, selectively hand-picks the ripest cherries and dries them slowly over 15 days. Locally nicknamed "Sesongot" after the colourful caterpillars found in the coffee trees. Distinctive, winey character with sherbet and starfruit.
