Independent artisan roaster founded by Jez and Adrian, who started trading at local farmers markets in early 2015 with support from Keele University's Speedplus start-up programme. Roasted to order from their Cheshire roastery (near Nantwich), with single origins from Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia, Costa Rica, India and Java, plus flexible weekly/fortnightly/monthly subscriptions. Still trades at markets including Nantwich Food Festival and Sandon Spring Fair, and supplies wholesale accounts including Reaseheath College's coffee shop.
