Craft House Coffee is an independent roastery that has built a reputation around deliberate sourcing and a willingness to publish what that actually means. Their sourcing programme sets written expectations for green coffee partners, prioritises smallholding farms, and commits to repeat-purchase relationships across harvests. They are a Real Living Wage employer and contribute 1% of revenue to environmental associations that support farming communities. At the 2025 Global Coffee Awards, they took Double Bronze and a Highly Commended in the European Roasters category from a field of over 1,500 entries. Five consecutive years of high customer reviews earned them a FEEFO Platinum Trusted Service Award in 2025. The roastery operates a carbon-neutral-plus certification and is working towards net positive status.
