Paya

Back for the third time with a fresh harvest of the beautiful Paya' (from the birth of the river), from the wonderfully named region of Huehuetenango. This special coffee is a family affair with Nery Pablo at the helm, and after a steep learning curve since 2010 he has hit his stride. We love returning to this coffee. Its sweet, juicy, and vibrant with that hallmark Huehuetenango clean finish.
