Three Hills Coffee
Three Hills Coffee roasts from a dedicated roastery in the Scottish Borders, where they also run a purpose-built SCA barista training facility capable of delivering the full range of SCA courses. The training side is central to how they work with wholesale customers. Rather than simply supplying beans, they visit each wholesale account, train staff, set up equipment, and follow up regularly. They began roasting in 2016 and have built a reputation in the Borders region for treating coffee knowledge as transferable. Their customer-facing language is notably accessible, aimed at people who want to understand what they're drinking rather than simply consume it.
