The Roasting Shed started, as its name suggests, with roasting in a garden shed in London. The business now operates a roastery and café on Hornsey Road in North London (N7), open Monday to Friday plus Friday evenings as a wine bar, and a second café at Hackney Bridge in Stratford. The roastery and café share a site, making the production operation visible to customers.
