Obra Coffee Roasters
East Sussex
South2 active beans·£11.00 – £12.00
A one-person micro-roastery started by Patrick, who began experimenting with coffee at home on a small manual roaster two years ago, giving beans away to family and friends before turning it into Obra. The name comes from his Cuban-American heritage: Obra is Spanish for "work", covering everything from a work of art to a life's deeds. The duck on the packaging is a doodle from his 6-year-old daughter's sketchbook. Small-batch, origin-focused roasting with a rotating, tightly curated lineup.
