Fruit-forward, chocolatey Caturra and Bourbon from Finca La Bolsa in Huehuetenango, grown at 1,800 MASL. Sweet stone fruit and malic acidity with a smooth, velvety finish. Roasted specifically for espresso, working equally well as a milk drink or straight shot. Best 7-10 days after roast date.
