Norma Coffee
Norma Coffee is a two-person speciality coffee roastery run by Lauren and Joe, situated in a converted barn on the edge of Dartmoor, Devon. Founded in 2026 after more than a decade working at some of the best roasteries in the UK, Norma is built around doing one thing really well. They work exclusively with small, under-represented growers doing great things, use rice paper bags with no plastic, shoot on film, and roast on a Probat UG22 — one of the finest drum roasters ever made. Every coffee they sell reflects a multitude of people's hard work before it ever reaches the roaster. Small working with small.
