We source rare, floral-forward coffee beans from Ethiopia, China, Peru, Colombia, and Costa Rica, and roast them in micro-batches of under 10 kg at our N1 London roastery. Our focus is singular: coffees with intensely floral profiles, tea-like clarity, and the kind of delicate complexity that makes you pause mid-sip. We specialise in the Gesha varietal — widely regarded as the most extraordinary coffee on earth — alongside other rare cultivars that share its character.
