Cairngorm Coffee was founded in 2014 by Robi Lambie and operates from two locations in Scotland: a cafe at Melville Place in Edinburgh's west end and a roadside site on the A9 at Ralia, near Newtonmore in the Highlands. The roastery trades on a clear identity around Scottish coffee culture and publishes its own print magazine, Underdog, which covers the domestic coffee scene. Green coffee is bought direct, with Colombia, Brazil, and Peru among the listed origins. Wholesale supply, subscriptions, and equipment are all available alongside the cafes.
