Columbia Inza Cauca

Looking westward over the Pacific Ocean lies Inza, located on the Columbian Plateau and bordered by the high peaks of Tolima and Huila. This coffee was produced by 52 smallholder coffee producers that make up the ASORCAFE group of farm owners. This is a limited release microlot, selected from the best of the harvest. In the cup you can expect blackcurrant and cherry fruit flavours with brown sugar sweetness and works very well in a variety of brew methods.
