NOTES OF Strawberry/Port/Chocolate liqueur ROAST Medium Roast ORIGIN Colombia PROCESS Natural ALTITUDE 1857 VARIETAL Pink Bourbon This Natural processed lot comes from the La Roca farm, located in the P la nadas Municipality in the Southern region of Tolima, a Department in central Colombia . The farm is run by Jorge Elias Rojas Vasquez, who has worked in coffee for 22 years , beginning at 12 years old when his father passed away. We source this lot through Tatama coffee, an organisation run by 4 th generation coffee farmer Henry Gomez, who now works directly with various smallholders across Colombia . A light-medium roast with this lot really emphasises the huge, boozy fruit f la vours. An incredibly complex cup, you can expect juicy strawberries up front, a lingering sweetness reminiscent of choco la te liqueurs and an incredible array of rich, sticky fruit notes. Using a paper filter will bring out some more delicate floral notes, almost akin to a Turkish delight.
