NOTES OF Stone Fruits/ Dark Chocolate/ Nuts ROAST Dark Roast ORIGIN Colombia/ Kenya/ Zambia Flirt is an exciting, complex blend of some of our favourite coffees. We roast dark and fast to bring out the punchy fruit flavours from the Colombian and Kenyan beans, the final notes of flavour are rounded by delicious and rich, dark chocolate notes. A sumptuous coffee indeed! The Name- why Flirt? Believe it or not, it’s named after a WW1 tank. William Foster & Co, a Lincoln based agricultural machinery company, built some of the first ever tanks here in Lincoln. One of them was called Flirt, and is on display in the Museum of Lincolnshire Life. Brewing: It’s an "all-rounder." The clean profile from the washed coffees makes it extremely flexible—it’ll work with most brewing methods. Our recommended brew: Espresso. Weight: 250g
