Santa Maria Collective

Santa Maria Collective is a regional expression of Huila, bringing together coffees grown across 5 smallholder plots in the Santa María area. Collective lots play an important role in specialty coffee: with almost all producers in Huila working less than 2 hectares, lots like this allow such producers to work at commercially viable volumes. For us as a roastery, they provide access to exceptional coffees that, by nature, prioritise quality over quantity.
