This coffee is naturally decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process, which is a gentle, chemical‑free method that uses pure spring water from high‑altitude mountain sources to remove caffeine from green coffee beans. As the water flows through the beans, it dissolves the caffeine while preserving the natural oils, aromatics and flavour compounds that make great coffee taste like great coffee.
