Graft. A name for the hard work behind every cup. From Brazil’s Cerrado Mineiro region — the country’s first Designation of Origin for coffee — this lot reflects an origin known worldwide for balanced, naturally sweet coffees grown at high altitude under strict quality standards. The story begins with João Batista Dias, who discovered his passion for coffee while working as an agronomy technician in the late 1970s. After purchasing his first farm in 1987, he began a family coffee journey that continues today, now led by the next generation using modern practices, selective harvesting and careful lot separation to produce specialty-grade coffee. This coffee captures the character of the Cerrado Mineiro terroir and brews beautifully as both espresso and filter.
