A genuinely versatile medium roast — balanced, fruit-forward, and equally at home in a cafetière on a Sunday morning or pulled through an espresso machine at pace on a Tuesday. Brazilian natural for sweetness and body; Guatemalan washed for clean fruit and clarity. The result is a medium roast with notes of raspberry, smooth almond, and a slow toffee finish that's easy to drink and hard to fault.
