The Captain’s Roast
Some espresso blends play it safe. The Captain's Roast doesn't. Roasted deeper to draw out rich, velvety chocolate and a lingering walnut finish, it's the sort of coffee that makes the rest of the morning feel straightforward. Low in acidity, full in body, and exceptionally well-behaved with milk — a flat white brewed on this blend is a proper treat. We build it from two seasonal single origins: a naturally processed Brazilian Catuai for depth and sweetness, and a washed Colombian for clean structure.
