Maria Rosa Oidor and her family farm at 2,000 metres in Inzá, Cauca — one of Colombia's most respected growing regions. The Tabi varietal she cultivates is a Colombian-bred hybrid of Typica, Timor, and Bourbon genetics, developed specifically to thrive at altitude and produce cups of notable elegance. Fully washed and light-medium roasted, Finca Los Nogales is precisely that: smooth vanilla on the nose, brown sugar sweetness through the body, and a gentle plum finish with real length. The sort of coffee that rewards a slower brew and a bit of space. A proper terroir coffee — the kind that reminds you why the origin matters.
