SouthSunday Coffee Roasters is an independent specialty micro roastery founded in Portsmouth in 2015, now based at The Old Chicken Shed on Southbourne Farm in Hampshire/West Sussex. Founded from a coffee shop called Canvas Coffee, the roastery began on Sundays when the café was closed — hence the name. Roasting on a Probat, they source exclusively through direct relationships with impact-focused businesses and travel to origin where possible.
