Stone Valley Roasters

In 2017 (while on the way to a gig) musicians John and Tom decided to put their stamp on the world of specialty coffee. John was a keen home barista looking to learn more and Tom was a working barista frustrated at the lack of opportunities to get into the roasting side of the industry. They decided to take the leap and invest in a tabletop 1kg roaster and set it up in an old stone shed next to Tom’s house.
