Smith Street Coffee

Smith Street Coffee was founded in Sheffield in 2014 by Trev, a barista and roaster, and Dave, a chef with a coffee obsession, following a trip to Melbourne's boutique cafe scene. The roastery operates from Hope Works on Sussex Road in Sheffield, where it also runs a cafe. Multiple coffees in the range have won Great Taste Awards. The business uses CO2-neutral packaging and operates low-carbon shipping, and is a member of the Roasters Guild. The range includes light to medium-dark single origins and blends designed for milk-based drinks, with Timor-Leste appearing alongside more common origins. Organic options are available. Subscriptions, online retail, and a loyalty points scheme are all in place.
