Relish Coffee was started in 2012 by Polat in Whitley Bay, with Mike joining shortly after as co founder. The pair roast in small batches from their Relish Bazaar and Roastery in Whitley Bay, which doubles as a cafe and retail space. Subscriptions start at £22.50 a month, with the option to pick a favourite blend or rotate through the range.
