Module Roast is a deliberately small and intensely dedicated specialty coffee roastery in Edinburgh, born from the Lowdown Coffee project. They focus on a carefully curated, limited selection of renowned lots roasted with exceptional precision in small batches of 100–200 units. Each release is an evolving series — once sold out, the next begins. Roasting on a Loring S7 Nighthawk.
