Maison Dieu Coffee
Maison Dieu Coffee Roasters is based in Brechin, Angus, and operates two cafes: one in Brechin and one in Broughty Ferry. The roastery has reported serving over 500,000 cups, and supplies coffee to clients including Aston Villa's training ground, where the business was brought in to upgrade the coffee setup. It also runs free barista training sessions for local school pupils as part of its community outreach. A distinctive feature is its colour-coded flavour guide, designed to help customers navigate specialty coffee without specialist knowledge. The business runs a horsebox that travels to events across the country, extending its reach beyond its fixed locations. Coffees include single origins from the Arcila family farms in Quindío, Colombia.
