SouthOHCO roasts in small batches at its in-house Hampshire roastery, with a range spanning organic Colombian and Kenyan single origins through to an expanding Innovation Microlot series. The microlot programme is where the more experimental work sits: recent releases include a Pink Bourbon Chiroso, a Black Condor natural, and a Colombia Forest Collective Caturra processed with syrup fermentation. All coffees are sourced from sustainability-focused farms, and the roastery works with producers across Africa, Central and South America, and beyond.
