Our journey began in December 2020 when we first opened our doors, driven by a personal obsession with mastering the perfect pour-over and a desire to create a space that is genuinely welcoming to all ages. By October 2021, we took the leap from brewing to roasting our own beans. What started as a small hobby is now a professional operation, using an advanced roaster to share our craft with you. Whether you’re here for a serious caffeine fix or bringing the whole troop for a treat, we’ve designed Ginger Monkey to be as relaxed as our own kitchen table that being “a place where everyone feels right at home!”
