Ferrari's Coffee
Ferrari's Coffee traces its roots to Vittorio Ferrari, an Italian who settled in South Wales in the early twentieth century and built a following for his espresso blends. The business remained a local operation for decades until 2018, when new owners Yash and Rakhi took over a struggling roastery and invested in a purpose-built site in Bridgend. That facility, opened in 2021, houses three Italian Trabbatoni drum roasters and a production capacity of 4,000kg per day, positioning the business as a volume roaster as much as a speciality one. Ferrari's holds SALSA certification, which involves regular third-party auditing of food safety and hygiene standards. The roastery is also a member of the Specialty Coffee Association. A white-label roasting service is available for other businesses, and the range includes both traditional Italian-style espresso blends, including the long-standing Piacentina blend, and single-origin coffees. The business is based at David Street on the Bridgend Industrial Estate.
