Established Coffee

Opened in December 2013 by Bridgeen Barbour and Mark Ashbridge in Belfast's Cathedral Quarter. Established Coffee has since grown into one of Northern Ireland's leading specialty coffee names, with a cafe on Hill Street and an adjacent training and education space. The roasting leans light, designed to bring out natural acidity and the intrinsic character of each origin. Single origin beans from Colombia, Ethiopia, Kenya, Brazil and India feature regularly. Also runs brewing classes, a subscription service and a wholesale operation.
