Carringtons Coffee Co is a roastery with a distinctive structure: it operates alongside Bold, a community coffee shop and events space in a small village outside Morecambe, and sits adjacent to Bold Stores and Events CIC, a separate entity that channels trading surplus back into free public events. The roastery focuses on single-estate coffees with full traceability, building relationships with producers and traders over time rather than treating them as seasonal suppliers. The whole operation is held together by a philosophy they call Fuelling the Bold, which values deliberate, slow-built continuity over urgency or performance.
