La Primavera

We are 12 years into roasting coffee and still finding and roasting new and exciting varieties of coffee. Last year it was the stunning Marshall variety from Peru, this year it is the Papayo variety from Colombia, with its tropical fruit and boozy profile, brought to us by Ancelmo Chinchilla and his family.
