Grade 1 natural from the Worka Wuri washing station in Ethiopia's Gedeo Zone, grown at up to 2,100m by smallholder farmers. Carefully selected ripe cherries dried slowly on raised African beds for around two weeks. Vibrant and expressive with a silky body and lingering finish.
