Kenyan Peaberry

Our Kenyan Peaberry Coffee is a hit with all our customers. This little freak of nature packs a unique punch and has all of us hooked! It is perfect in a black coffee, as espresso or filter. The tasting notes for the Kenyan Peaberry Coffee are: Aroma: Sweet and Fruity Acidity: High Body: Full Flavours: Stone fruit with a juicy but sharp citrus. The peaberry used to be considered a rare defect until someone discovered how amazing it tasted! Now we would never turn back. The peaberry can also be known as Caracoli and only occurs in 5% of all coffees. This coffee is the SL28 variety of arabica. Grown on the Kissi Estate in Kenya. Kenya has a long history of growing coffee as they are right next-door to the origin of the coffee plant, Ethiopia. Kenya is very well known for consistency for all of their coffee.
