Tasting notes: Caramel, Nutty Sun-dried Arabica beans grown in the Cerrado region located in the south-western part of the Minas Gerais State. Coffee from this region is known for consistent rich aromas and well suited for espresso and filter as it is roasted to a medium-dark profile . This is a well-balanced, medium acidity coffee resulting in a smooth cup and creamy mouth feel with tactile body.
