Sidamo, Fero

The Fero Washing Station represents more than 700 local coffee growers in Southern Ethiopia's region of Sidamo. With most contributing members only producing around 2 hectares, the scale of the washing stations output is truly collaborative. Coffee is hand-picked on most farms before the cherries are delivered to the washing station for sorting and processing. The precision and care that is taken with this coffee, results in a classic washed Ethiopian flavour profile.
