El Witano

Currently run by Marvin Soliz and his brother, their farm was established over thirty years ago by their parents. Set in the northern region of Huehuetenango, nearing the border with Mexico. Finca El Witano produces some exceptional Guatemalan coffees. Their washed coffees are picked and processed at a deep red ripeness with an attention to detail that shines through. Crisp and clean flavours really make this standout as a refreshing filter coffee.
