Owned and operated collectively by the Miro and Olmedo families since 1930, this estate has been shaped by generations of shared passion and commitment to quality. In 2017, the families turned their focus further towards specialty processing and growing unique varieties such as this distinct Wush Wush. Naturally processed and carefully hand-picked cherries are left to ripen, before being laid on raised beds to dry in the open air, raked frequently to ensure consistent drying.
