Villa Betulia Pink Bourbon & Colombia

A natural microlot from Finca Villa Betulia in Acevedo, Huila, blending 70% Pink Bourbon and 30% Variedad Colombia. Whole cherries undergo 25 hours of dry fermentation before 25 days of parabolic drying. Tasting notes of strawberry, brown sugar and cooked plum, with winey acidity and a mellow, fruit-like sweetness.
