This is a great value filter roast contributed to by smallholders in Cajamarca, Peru. This washed process Caturra, Catuaí and Pache variety lot is sweet with excellent clarity and body, with red apple and caramel notes. A perfect one for that morning hand-pour ritual brew, this will make for an excellent pour over filter or AeroPress. As a light roast, we recommend drinking this without milk, so the clarity, sweet flavours and balanced acidity shine through.
