Tasting notes: Milk Chocolate, Toffee, Green Apple This single origin is made up of a range of smallholder farmers. Mexico is full of small coffee producers - some producing only 5-10 kg per year. The limited quantities might be low, but the quality is high. Indeed, buyers have to compete to be able to source these lots. But its well worth the effort, because in the end these coffees are complex, unique and exciting, they showcase the top end of Mexican coffee. Every year there is something new, and this year this lot exudes creamy chocolate notes and toffee sweetness, Its a wonderfully balanced coffee and one that we would be happy to enjoy day after day, we can’t ask for more than that.
