Ethiopia, Yirgacheffe, Single Origin

A special coffee from the wetlands in the Yirgacheffe region in Ethiopia, famously known as the birthplace of the Arabica bean! Grown very high-up at altitudes of 1700 to 2000 MASL, this particular coffee bean has been harvested between October and December and is potentially one of the very best examples of fully washed Ethiopian coffee. These coffee trees are of the fabulous Heirloom variety. Expect an acidic, zesty floral flavour with hints of Earl Grey tea and aged whisky barrels. Best enjoyed without milk or sugar for a fuller flavour.
