Medium roasted, single origin arabica, red honey processed and organically grown fairtrade. Grown at 2750m above sea level in the Cajamarca (San Ignacio Province 100 miles south of the Ecuadorian border. Tasting notes: Raspberry, Blackberry, Peach, Chocolate Varietal: Typica, Caturra, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, Catimor (A Tapir is a large and rare mammal found in this region. (a bit like a pig/hippo). They have existed since the ecocene period between 56 to 40 million years ago. The species is under threat. Fairtrade help to ensure that their environment is protected from human activity.)
