But travelling far and wide around the British Isles we've seen some pretty impressive peaks. A whole district full of them in fact. Peaks is a lighter roast to bring out the sweet, but slightly acidic, Costa Rican beans but with a rich, chocolatey nuttiness from the Brazilian beans, rounded out with some fruity, floral notes with the Ethiopian beans.
