A fully washed single origin from the Borbollon mill on the Santa Ana volcano, El Salvador. Red Bourbon varietal grown at 1,300–1,400 metres. Stone fruit, citrus, dark chocolate and cashew. Freshly roasted to order in our Axminster roastery.
