For more than 150 years, the Dalton family has cultivated exceptional Arabica coffee on this remarkable estate, building on a legacy that helped establish Antigua as one of the world's most respected coffee-growing regions. Rich volcanic soils, elevations of around 1,500 metres, and a unique microclimate of warm days and cool nights provide ideal conditions for producing coffees of outstanding quality. These exceptional growing conditions create a beautifully balanced cup with notes of chocolate, caramel, and citrus, complemented by a smooth body, vibrant acidity, and a refined, lingering finish.
