Among them are antelope, leopards, wild boars, and dik-diks, all of which contribute to the rich and dynamic ecosystem that characterizes Ngila Estate. PROCESS The fully washed process at Ngila Estate is key to producing clean, high-quality coffee. Ripe cherries are handpicked and carefully sorted before being pulped to remove the outer skin.
